This week has been kind of a whirlwind for us. We launched our new guitar strap, then Denise’s bass was featured as Bass of the Week on www.BestBassGear.com, now I’m being interviewed by and featured on Guitar Radio Show — a weekly podcast dedicated to everything guitar.
Regarding BestBassGear, I was introduced to them by the friend who helped me design Denise’s bass. I was having electronics issues, and even though I didn’t buy the equipment from them, they were incredibly helpful in solving the problem. They have to be the most knowledgeable and customer-service oriented gear company I’ve ever encountered, and they’ve earned my business. When the time comes for a DogTired bass v.2, they’ll be the ones I call.
I’m really looking forward to talking with Mark at Guitar Radio Show this evening. As I told him earlier, it’ll be fun to talk to someone who actually wants me to talk about my guitars. My poor wife isn’t the least bit interested, but wanting to be encouraging of my efforts, she’ll ask me questions occasionally. I tend to like to talk, so I’ve learned to keep things very brief so as not to torture her too badly.
