It was a pleasure to collaborate once again with Bo Rinehart of Needtobreathe on another guitar to help raise money for One World Health. We took a bit of a different approach this year. Instead of building something directly inspired by their music, Bo had some solid ideas on what he'd like to see.
He's been playing a Jazzmaster on the latest tour and wanted something offset, so we started from that spot. He also sent me some pics of a Framus guitar that was cool and funky, so we pulled some inspiration from that guitar as well. In the end, we ended up with something really cool with some interesting details including a reverse headstock, Jaguar-style control plate/pickguard combo, and a Bigsby tremolo setup.
