Brady is a dear friend and has been a long-time mentor and supporter of Dog Tired. He's probably the most selfless, giving person I've known and has provided me with not only tools, but also with help in completing guitars. He's used his commercial CNC laser for numerous inlay jobs for some of my other guitars and is always eager to help any way he can. He's wanted one of my guitars for quite a while now, and the time finally came for me to build one for him.
His dad is an extremely skilled woodworker and did all of the custom craftsman style woodwork in his own home. Brady wanted his guitar to have a connection with his dad, so we used the same oak his dad used. His dad also applied the finish to the body using the same formula he used for the woodwork in his house.
To say this guitar was very special to build would be an understatement, and I'm proud to have been able to build it for Brady.
